Detailed Framelits-cutting them out.

I am so excited to show you this amazing trick that another demonstrator shared with me yesterday! I was so excited that I actually woke up in the middle of the night thinking about it and couldn't wait to share it with you.

Do you know those gorgeous and oh so cute framelits that are so detailed that they are a pain in the rear to cut out. You have to use the paper piercing tool to wiggle all of of those tiny pieces out. Well do I have a trick for you...oh you are just going to love this.

I will be demonstrating the new Butterflies thinlit die that is available on the 6th of January in the new Occasions catalog that you should have received in the mail already! Shown on page 26 and yes it comes in a bundle so you can save 15% too! I love butterflies. Anyway lets get started.

This is the medium sized butterfly in the kit. Place the framelit cutting side up. Yes Cutting side up.

Lay your piece of cardstock over the framelit. Layer the other plexiglass over the top.

Run it through the Big Shot.
Remove the top plexiglass.
Do not remove the paper. Leave it there.

Now this is the fun part!!!
Use some cheap fabric softener sheets.
Layer about 4 of them and place over the already cut image. Place the plexiglass back on top and run it through
the Big Shot again.

Carefully lift off the dryer sheets!! Isn't that neat? It peels it right off of  your die! No picking! Just neat.

And the best part is that it does not cut the dryer sheets so you can reuse them over and over again.

I was just so excited to show you this because I think it was just a pain to get all of those little pieces out. Framilits like the snowflake and large doily was just a pain.

Hope you enjoyed this new product training, now get to the craft room and enjoy.
Happy Stampin,
Paulette
